By accessing or using Advisiona Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.
- Keep your password confidential and use a strong password.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the Platform.
Enrollments and payments
Course offerings, features, and pricing are described in the applicable catalog or checkout flow. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
Billing
When you purchase a course or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Access & delivery
Digital content is delivered electronically. If access is time-limited, the duration will be disclosed prior to purchase. We may update content to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible self-paced courses if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. Refund eligibility may vary for bundles, certificates, live cohorts, or discounted offers if specified at checkout.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- To prevent abuse, we may deny refund requests that indicate excessive refund activity or policy circumvention.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Content and IP
Course content, videos, text, templates, assessments, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless expressly allowed in writing, you may not copy, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from the materials.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial learning.
- You may not share login access or redistribute materials to others.
- Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the Platform without obligation to you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security, integrity, or availability (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization).
- Access or use the Platform in ways that could harm, disable, or overburden our services.
- Share course materials without authorization or facilitate piracy.
- Use the Platform to violate privacy rights, collect personal data without consent, or conduct unlawful surveillance.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content.
Third-party services
We may use third-party services (for example, payment processors and analytics) to operate the Platform. Your use of such services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Courses and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, earnings, or results. Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your experience, effort, market conditions, and execution.
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Educational content is not legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisiona Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
